Each online counseling session
lasts for 1 hour and includes dialogue between sessions using our
Secure Messaging system. This is included free of charge should your
counselor deem it necessary. Each session costs £35 (UK pounds). To
convert this into your own currency, you may find the Personal
Currency Assistant useful.
Please do not send any money when you first register your interest
in having a counseling session. The time to do this is after a counselor
has contacted you and the time and date of the first session
has been agreed. . If you are in a different time zone to
the UK, you may find this time
clock useful.
You will then be required to pay £35 either by cheque (UK only), or
by credit card using our secure online NetBanx
facility. The payment must be received before the session takes place.
If choosing to pay by cheque, it should be mailed immediately after
an appointment is confirmed to ensure that it is cleared before the
session is due to start. Please make sure that all cheques are made
payable to The Human Touch. |

Email counseling is £25 for a single
letter and response from your counselor. This represents at least
one hour of your counselor's time. We recommend you purchase a single
session to begin with. But if you prefer, you can purchase a block
of 5 emails for £99, or 10 for £150.
Again, please do not send any money when you first register your interest
in choosing counseling by email . You will receive an email
from your counselor saying whether or not (s)he can help you. If the
answer is “yes”, you will be invited to pay for the service.
You will then be required to pay either by cheque (UK only), or by
credit card using our secure online NetBanx
facility. The payment must be received before the service can be used.
