the Online Counseling Room. This is a password-protected room where
you may have a 1 hour counseling session with a counsellor in real-time
by typing messages and reading the responses on your computer screen.
We employ a series of security measures to protect your privacy.

There may be times when your counsellor needs to ask you
questions or pass on information between counseling sessions. This
achieved using Secure Messaging and is included as part of the service. |

are troubling you and then receive a considered reply from a counsellor.
As we value your privacy, to preserve your sensitive information,
all correspondence takes place on site through a secure server link. |
