noted above and modification, distribution or republication) without the prior written permission
of The Human Touch is strictly prohibited |
| 2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all

provision of those terms and conditions of use which permit such copying and/or printing are free

ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you request a counselling session via
www.thehumantouch.co.uk, The Human Touch will need to obtain some personal information about
you, which is stored on the computer. The Human Touch needs to know your name, email address
or other address where you can be contacted, your age, the reasons why you have requested
counselling and the dates and times when you are available to attend counselling
sessions. This information allows The Human Touch to assess your suitability for receiving
counselling, to arrange an appointment for your counselling session and to
notify you of the date and time of your session. |
| 4.2 If The Human Touch is unable to
offer you a counselling session at a time convenient to you or if it is felt that one
other colleagues whose name is listed on www.thehumantouch.co.uk is a more appropriate
person to counsel you because of the nature of your problem, the personal information
that you have provided will be passes on to the appropriate colleague. By submitting your
personal information to The Human Touch you consent to its use in this way. |
| 5.1 The Internet is not a secure medium. However,
The Human Touch will use reasonable endeavour to keep secure the personal information received
about you, when you complete the confidential registration form. The Human Touch uses the
information provided in the registration form only as set out in these terms and conditions
of use. |
| 6.1 By completing the registration form, you consent to the use of
the information provided therein as set out in these terms and conditions of use. If The
Human Touch changes the terms and conditions of use, the changes will be posted on this
page so that you may be aware of them and you will be given a chance to ask that your
information will not be used for the changed purposes. |
| 6.2 Because the Internet infrastructure is global,
and it is not possible to predict the routes that information sent over the Internet will
take, the information you provide may be transferred temporarily via a route which takes

| 9.1 All requests for appointments for counselling
services are subject to availability. In addition The Human Touch reserves the right to refuse to
arrange a counselling session for any individual for any reason whatever. There is no binding contract
for the supply of counselling services ordered via www.thehumantouch.co.uk until The Human Touch
accepts your request to receive counselling by notifying you of an appointment for a counselling
session and/or corresponds with you via secure email. In the event that The Human Touch decides not to accept your request to receive counselling.
The Human Touch will refund any money you have paid within a reasonable time. |
| 9.2 All contracts for the supply of counselling
services which result from The Human Touch accepting an order made via www.thehumantouch.co.uk are
made subject to The Human Touch's standard terms and conditions for the supply of counselling services
which are governed by English law. |
